Services

M & S Premier Home Services provides handyman, home improvement, and renovation services in Bergen County, New Jersey. We operate under NJ Home Improvement Contractor license 13VH14162000. All work is performed subject to a written proposal or estimate agreed upon before work begins.

Estimates and Proposals

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Pricing is based on the scope of work described. Changes to the scope may affect the price, which will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your proposal or invoice. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

We back our labor with a one-year warranty as described in your proposal. This warranty covers workmanship and does not cover materials (which may carry their own manufacturer warranties), normal wear, or issues arising from factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
