Meet Mike
I'm Mike, and I've been around jobsites my whole life. Over 30 years in the trade, from artistic waterfall installations and bluestone work to retaining walls, paver patios, and everything in between.
I'm a construction geek. I love the process. I love taking a bag of parts or a pile of lumber and turning it into something real.

How I Work
Look, I know having work done on your home can be stressful. There's a lot of uncertainty, and that's exactly why you're hiring me. I'll take the uncertainty out of the project for you, and I'll treat your home as if it were my own.
Materials, Your Way
I encourage customers to supply their own materials where possible. Upon acceptance of a job, I'm happy to provide a detailed materials list. If needed, I can source materials on your behalf with a 20% markup to cover my time.
Honest Hourly Rates
My hourly rate varies with the complexity and skill level of the job, and all jobs carry a minimum labor charge. That minimum covers travel, materials procurement, and admin time, the behind-the-scenes work that's part of every job.
Flat-Rate Means Flat-Rate
For flat rate projects, the price I quote is the price you pay. No surprises. I'll walk you through exactly what the job requires, and that becomes your final invoice.
Larger Projects, Same Way
For bigger jobs I work the same way. I'll provide a competitive, fair quote for what I believe the project will take, and that estimate won't change unless there are change orders or something unexpected arises.
