That middle is where I work. Projects that take days or a couple of weeks, not months. You get the same person at your door every morning, from demo to the final caulk line, and it stays my project until it's finished right.

Featured project: a bathroom built to plan
This bathroom existed as a mockup before a single tile went up: a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, a shampoo niche, a new vanity, and handcrafted green tile wall to wall.
Under a fixed-fee contract, I gutted it to the studs, waterproofed the shower pan, ran new supply lines, and rebuilt it tile by tile until the finished room matched the plan.

What size renovation projects do you take on?
My focus is small and mid-size renovations that take a few days to a few weeks: bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, closets, built-ins, kitchen updates, and decks. If a project is bigger than what one tradesman should take on, I'll tell you that up front.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A refresh with a new vanity, fixtures, and paint can be done in a few days. A full gut with a new tiled shower usually takes a few weeks, depending on the size of the room and material lead times. You'll get a schedule with your written estimate.
Do you give fixed prices or hourly estimates?
Renovations are priced as a fixed fee with a written scope. The number on the estimate is the number you pay, unless you decide to add to the scope along the way.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. I do the work myself, from demo to final trim. The person who walks through your home and writes the estimate is the same person who builds the project.
Can you help with design and choosing materials?
Yes. For bathrooms and other full-room projects, I can put together a layout mockup with tile, fixtures, and finishes so you can see the plan before demo day.
