Upgrading your home's fixtures is one of the fastest ways to modernize a space — but a loose wire or an improperly seated faucet can turn a simple swap into a costly problem. I take the guesswork out of it.
From light fixtures and ceiling fans to bathroom faucets, showerheads, and garbage disposals, I handle fixture replacements safely and efficiently on existing electrical circuits and plumbing supply lines. Every job is done cleanly — no mess left behind, no shortcuts taken — so your new fixture looks and works exactly the way it should from day one.
Note: All electrical and plumbing work is performed on existing circuits and supply lines. Projects requiring new wiring, panel upgrades, or main supply line modifications may require a licensed electrician or plumber.

How We Work
Look, we know having work done on your home can be stressful — there’s a lot of uncertainty, and that’s exactly why you’re hiring us. We’ll take the uncertainty out of the project for you, and we’ll treat your home as if it were our own.
We encourage customers to supply their own materials where possible. Upon acceptance of a job, we are happy to provide you with a detailed materials list.
If needed, we can source materials on your behalf with a 20% markup to cover our time.
Our hourly rate varies with the complexity and skill level of the job required, and all jobs carry a minimum labor charge. This minimum covers travel, materials procurement, and admin time — the behind-the-scenes work that’s part of every job.
For flat rate projects, the price we quote is the price you pay. No surprises — we’ll walk you through exactly what the job requires, and that becomes your final invoice.
For larger projects, we work the same way. We’ll provide a competitive and fair quote for what we believe the project will take, and that estimate won’t change — unless there are change orders or something unexpected arises.
